  • Tuesday through Friday :09:00am - 6:00pm
  • Saturday, Sunday, Holidays: 09:00am - 7:00pm
  • Monday : Closed
  • If Monday is an official holiday, the museum will be open. The museum will then be closed the next day that is not a holiday.
  • The museum will be open until 9:00 pm on Saturdays from April through October.
  • Admissions will end one hour prior to closing time
  • The museum will be closed on January 1st


  • Wheelchairs and strollers are available free of charge. Strollers are reserved for infants and children under 30 months old.
  • Storage lockers for personal belongings are also available free of charge.

Notice to Visitors

  • Smoking is prohibited on museum property, except in designated smoking areas.
  • Food, beverages, and pets are prohibited. Certified Service Animals will be permitted to assist visitors with disabilities.
  • Cell phones must be turned off or switched to silent mode before you enter the exhibition galleries.
  • Do not touch artifacts or behave in any way that might damage the items on display.
  • Photography without a flash is permitted in the museum, but photographs can only be used for private purposes. Tripods are not permitted in any part of the museum
  • Photography or videotaping for commercial purposes requires advance written permission from the museum.
  • Bicycles, skateboards, inline skates, rollerblades, roller skates, and shoes with wheels are prohibited on museum property.

Visitor Responsibilities

In an effort to conserve our collections for the future generations, our galleries, where the objects are on display, are preserved in strictly controlled environments and we ask our visitors to use caution.

We ask our visitors to abide by the folliwing rules :

  • Our museum is a non-smoking environment.
  • No food or pets are allowed. With the exception of guide dogs.
  • Before entering, please turn your cellular phone on silent.
  • Please do not touch any of the exhibits: touching may cause irreparable damage.
  • Commercial and flash photography as well as the use of tripods is strictly prohibited.
  • Some exhibition areas are dimly lit for conservation purposes.
  • Bicycles, scooters, inline skates, and skateboards in the garden exhibition area and walking trails are banned.
